Project Description:

A design- build contract awarded by Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission. The addition and renovation will include new construction and interior renovation of the existing, multi-use building. Amenities are planned to include a game room, dance studio, fitness area, food service, multi-function rooms and storage areas. Upgrades are designed to occur in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and communication systems. The Splash Park is specified to achieve LEED Silver certification.
