Project Description:

Designed to meet LEED Silver standards, this renovation and expansion project will be completed in two phases, an addition, aimed for completion in April 2011 and renovation, to be finished by the end of summer, 2012. Sustainable design elements include exposed and polished concrete floors, lighting, glass and a complex fin wall exterior window system. Additional features of the project are a glass-walled art gallery, reflecting pool, a channel glass wall system, red masonry veneer brick and glass exterior and a steel structural system.
