Project Description:
As the design build contractor for the project, Costello Construction was responsible for overseeing the construction of a new 9,000 square foot building; a wood framed, brick veneer, single story structure. Features of the building include multiple classrooms, lobby and reception areas, a kitchen, outdoor playground, multi-purpose room, storage areas and bathrooms. The project took place on an active campus and required extensive coordination with multiple adjacent facilities. In addition, Costello Construction self performed all site and concrete work, and site utilities. The project was completed in less than 14 months, including design and permit acquisition. |
