Project Description

This nine-story mixed-use development in Downtown Columbia, MD will include approximately 160,000 square feet of Class A commercial space for office and retail, as well as 160 luxury apartments. It will also include five levels of below grade parking with 740 spaces.

Little Patuxent Square will be the first concrete frame office building in Columbia. It will have a facade composed predominantly of an elaborate curtain wall system accented by metal wall panels and precast concrete.

With a state-of-the-art, energy efficient design, it will be built to achieve a minimum of LEED Silver. Energy efficient features include a central plant cooling system complete with magnetic bearing chillers, green roofs and an energy efficient curtain wall. Other environmentally-friendly amenities will include zip cars and charging stations/outlets for electric vehicles.
