Project Manager: This position is charged with supervising the business aspects of a construction project. Project managers must oversee contract activities on a project jobsite, including managing communications between owner and architect, processing submittals, managing procurement, budgeting and scheduling. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related field, along with five years of applicable experience.

Assistant Project Manager: This position works under the direction of a project manager to manage business aspects of a construction project and to perform such tasks such as maintaining the project schedule, evaluating drawings, processing submittals, procuring goods and services, processing contract changes, coordinating material fabrication and delivery, and coordinating subcontractor activities. Assistant project managers also facilitate communication between the owner, Costello’s project staff, and subcontractors. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related field, along with two years of applicable experience.

Superintendent: This position oversees all field activities to ensure that work performed by Costello and its subcontractors remains on schedule and complies with contract documents. Superintendents are also tasked with enforcing safety and quality control policies among Costello employees and subcontractors. Applicants must possess eight years’ experience in the construction of major commercial and/or institutional projects.

Assistant Superintendent: This position is tasked with laying the groundwork for Costello’s projects and coordinating "nuts and bolts" activities on the jobsites. Assistant superintendents are also responsible for maintaining site layout, reading drawings, performing computations and coordinating subcontractor work on jobsites. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; construction experience is preferred.

Project Administrative Assistant: This position is charged with typing correspondence, maintaining meeting minutes, coordinating schedules, processing such project-related information as subcontracts, requests for information, change orders and purchase orders. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field.
