Project Description:

Costello Construction was responsible for the construction of a 2 story, 43,000 square foot building and an 82,000 square foot, below grade parking garage. Extensive coordination with Fairfax City was required due to periodic closures of adjacent buildings and streets as well as the limitation of a confined site. Additionally, Costello self performed the site work of the project, including excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, paving and carpentry. The Regional Library was completed on time and under budget and became the most used library in Fairfax County’s extensive library system.
