Project Description:

The FDA Northeast Parking Garage is a sizable six level, 1,100 space, parking facility. Structural details include post-tensioned and cast in place concrete, aluminum curtain walls, structural steel tubing, metal panel veneer, MRL (Machine Room Less) elevators, vegetative retaining walls, a green roof system and a pedestrian bridge. Costello self performed all site work, extended the roadway, and installed the pedestrian bridge, door frames and handrails.
