Project Description:

Located in historic downtown Annapolis, there were stringent requirements for construction including the addition of sophisticated facades. This six story structure was developed with three levels below grade and three levels above grade. Design elements include elevators, curtain walls, storefronts and parking revenue/control systems. Structural details include sheeting and shoring on four sides, a dewatering system, underground utilities, storm water infiltration and treatment systems, sprinkler units, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, post tensioned concrete and road improvements. A notable feature of the Knighton project is a half mile storm drain extension at an average depth of twenty feet. Additionally, all site work was completed by Costello Construction.
