Each year the Associated Builders and Contractors of the Metro Washington and Virginia Chapters recognize and celebrate the region’s most outstanding projects, built by area General Contractors.  This year, Costello Construction received two awards in the Institutional ($10-$30 Million) and Commercial ($20-$40 Million) Categories for the Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza and the FDA Northeast Parking Garage, respectively.
