Project Description:

Costello Construction was the general contractor for this three level structure built of exposed steel and cast in place concrete. Included in the structure are a stair tower, hydraulic elevator, a slab on grade platform/canopy and a pedestrian bridge that was built over active railroad tracks. Notable challenges in this project include extensive storm utility installation and Verizon phone line relocation, both self performed by Costello Construction.
