Project Description:

Costello Construction was the general contractor for the construction of a five story addition to an above grade parking garage. Architectural and structural features include caissons, precast concrete, brick veneer at the spandrels, a curtain wall system, miscellaneous metals and a complete electrical system. Due to the waterline and sewer extension which were self performed by Costello Construction, extensive coordination with the city was imperative.
