Project Description:

This project consisted of a new two story office building for WDP, a forensic masonry engineering firm with very high expectations and standards. The structure is composed of a steel frame, exterior brick veneer façade, with an EPDM and metal roofing. The corporate space also includes aluminum storefronts and entrances, custom high-end interior finishes, a sprinkler system and mechanical/electrical systems. Interior amenities to note are laboratory spaces for materials’ testing and a fog room, designed to maintain very high moisture content.
