Project Description:

Wor-Wic Community College is a 95,000 square foot, steel framed structure with CMU back up and a brick veneer and glass exterior. The building was the first of several to follow on a 100 acre campus. Part of the project included a computer infrastructure construction, which Costello Construction performed in house. The infrastructure included mass grading (75,000 cy of fill), roadways, parking lots, underground utilities and an on-site waste water treatment facility. Costello Construction completed the impressive four story project on schedule. Today the facility remains a focal point on the Wor-Wic Community College campus and fits seamlessly among the other campus buildings.
