Project Description:

As XSport’s DC Metropolitan area contractor, this project was completed as a design-build contract that included the major interior renovation of a three story below grade space. Self performance included demolition, concrete, carpentry work and installation of interior finishes. Due to the lowest level being 60 feet below grade, extensive work in water mitigation had to occur. Amenities include a lap pool, whirlpool, basketball courts, yoga and aerobic studios, juice bar, internet café, children’s play area, men’s and women’s locker rooms and a spa featuring 12 tanning rooms, 5 massage rooms and a full service hair and nail salon.
