Project Description:

This tilt-up project involved extensive site development of more than three acres of land, including remediation of poor soils, sanitary/storm sewers and the installation of 1,200 linear feet of waterline. Costello Construction self performed all site development and concrete work. A glass curtain wall and tilt up concrete compose the interior and exterior wall systems. A reception area, high-end offices, security spaces, a warehouse equipped with four-hour rated partitions and a hazardous chemical storage area comprise the interior.
