Our Projects
Academic IV Building, George Mason University
Project Description
The Academic IV Building at George Mason University stands four stories above ground and contains numerous classrooms and two lecture halls. The structure was created with a steel and concrete frame and includes brick veneer, curtain walls, and aluminum windows and storefronts.
This challenging project took place on an active university campus and required constant coordination with the faculty and management of multiple adjacent buildings. Costello Construction self performed all site work, which aided the on-time and within budget completion of the project.
