The Allentown Splash, Tennis, and Fitness park was a design-build project for the Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.

The addition and renovation include new construction and interior renovation of the existing, multi-use building, as well as upgrades to the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and communication systems. Amenities include a game room, dance studio, fitness area, food service, multi-function rooms, and storage areas. The Splash Park was awarded LEED Silver certification.
