Designed to meet LEED Silver standards, this renovation and expansion project was completed in two phases, an addition, which was completed in spring 2011, and a renovation, which was finished summer, 2012. Sustainable design elements include exposed and polished concrete floors, lighting, glass and a complex fin wall exterior window system. Additional features of the project are a glass-walled art gallery, reflecting pool, a channel glass wall system, red masonry veneer brick and glass exterior and a steel structural system.
