This multi-use facility, designed by internationally recognized Machado and Silvetti Associates, was constructed with the utmost detail. Amenities include multi-media resource and meeting rooms, a great room with the capacity for 800 people, an art gallery, open-air courtyard, ice rink, office spaces, and the Round House Theatre.

Notable elements in the building are fritted glass used for climate control, natural stone and bamboo floors, a high-efficiency HVAC system that has magnetic bearings to reduce electricity consumption and Ipe wood that is used in its natural condition without sealant or treatment.
