Costello Construction was the general contractor for this design build contract and continued to provide custom build-outs for incoming tenants after building completion. The structure of the six story office building is composed of concrete, steel and large curtain wall window systems. The adjacent parking garage was enlarged by adding two more levels for tenant parking. Costello Construction self-performed all site work, underground utilities, site and building concrete and carpentry work.
