This 20,000 square foot design-build project served students pre-k through third grade and featured 12 classrooms, a multipurpose room, a reheat kitchen, administrative offices, a health suite, an elevator, two play areas, and an on-site 20-space parking lot.

The structure was steel framed with masonry veneer. This project achieved a LEED Gold certification.
