Elkridge Library and 50+ Center
Project Description
The 40,000 SF branch is double the size of the previous facility and features six study rooms, three meeting rooms, a vending cafe, a business center, more computers, and an expanded collection. In addition, in the Do-It-Yourself Education Center, visitors can experiment with house repair items, gardening tools, and bicycle repair kits.
The project’s 10,000 SF 50+ Center, which is five times the size of the previous senior center, includes a fitness facility and a large, welcoming common area, complete with a fireplace.
