The FDA Northeast Parking Garage is a sizable, six-level, 1,100 space parking facility. Structural details include post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete, aluminum curtain walls, structural steel tubing, metal panel veneer, MRL (Machine Room Less) elevators, vegetative retaining walls, a green roof system, and a pedestrian bridge.

Costello Construction self-performed over half of the work on this project, including performing all site work, extending the roadway, and installing the pedestrian bridge, door frames, and handrails.
