The Station consists of four stories, concrete and steel construction, including a basement garage (12,166 sf), 1st Floor apparatus bay, support and administrative (13,540 sf), 2nd Floor training, mechanical and offices (5,920 sf), and 3rd Floor training and dormitory (7,523 sf).

Exterior finishes include masonry, concrete panels, metal panels, and curtain wall construction. Water source heat pumps, dedicated ventilation, standing column wells, and energy recovery constitute the mechanical system. The plumbing system includes a roof-fed cistern that will supply toilets and non-potable hose bibs. The electrical system includes a total building, a natural gas-fueled emergency generator. The project is registered with the USGBC and will be certified as a LEED Platinum facility.
