Costello Construction has recently been selected for the construction of the new General Government Office Building – Phase I for Loudoun County Government, marking our third consecutive project with this valued client.

Phase 1 includes the construction of a three-story, 125,000-square-foot office building, the first step in a larger 425,000-square-foot government campus. Costello Construction will self-perform over 30% of the work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, efficient building practices, and a durable, functional facility.
