The renovation and reconstruction of the Herbert Wells Ice Rink and Ellen Linson Splash Park consisted of updating the interior of the existing facility, constructing a new bathhouse and filter room building, and installing the pool and decking for a 9,300 SF competition pool with diving well and a 243 SF wading pool.

The project included a new waterline and sprinkler room, upgrades to the entire HVAC system and installation of a fire alarm system, and both a wet and dry automatic sprinkler system for the entire facility.
