Located in historic downtown Annapolis, there were stringent requirements for construction including the addition of sophisticated facades. This six-story structure was developed with three levels below grade and three levels above grade.

Design elements include elevators, curtain walls, storefronts and parking revenue/control systems.

Structural details include sheeting and shoring on four sides, a dewatering system, underground utilities, storm water infiltration and treatment systems, sprinkler units, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, post tensioned concrete and road improvements. A notable feature of the Knighton project is a half mile storm drain extension at an average depth of twenty feet.

Additionally, all site work was completed by Costello Construction.
