This project included three independent concrete and masonry structures and was consequently phased in order to allow Digex/Intermedia to occupy the buildings during the 22 month construction period. Extensive coordination was necessary to adhere to the facilities’ high security and to maintain the construction process while hosting tenants. Self performance included all site work, demolition, underground utilities and concrete. All commissioning, testing and turn over procedures were successfully completed by Costello Construction while the buildings were completely operational.
