The project consisted of the construction of a 200,000 square foot, 5 story administration building for LCPS on a campus-like setting.

The project included extensive site work, the extension of a new road to serve the facility, a sophisticated HVAC system and electrical system, access control and security systems. The project also included a cast-in-place concrete, steel and pre-stressed concrete frame. The project had a brick veneer and curtain wall facade and combination of membrane and standing seam metal roof.

Construction included blasting and rock excavation, a paving system and storm/sanitary/water extensions on 11 acres of land. As the prime contractor, Costello Construction had overall responsibility for the entire project. In addition, Costello Construction self-performed all of the site work, underground utilities, site concrete, cast-in-place building concrete, and carpentry.
