Costello Construction is excited to have recently been awarded the Legislative Hall Parking Garage for the State of Delaware in Dover, DE. This 130,000-square-foot, three-story facility will provide 345 parking spaces, including 97 for lawmakers and staff and 248 for the general public and visitors.
