Located within the award-winning Little Patuxent Square building, this 8-floor, 127,000 square foot tenant fit-out features 797 work stations, 17 executive offices, 38 conference rooms, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, a mother’s suite, 13 service center rooms, 7 focus rooms, and 11 media center rooms. Collectively, the meeting rooms provide seating for 261.
As a LEED Gold building, the space utilizes an energy-efficient HVAC system and interior lighting.
Costello Construction self-performed all of the concrete work on this project.
