This multi-story parking garage project provides a new three-level parking structure constructed on the northwest corner of the Medical Center’s property adjacent to Irving and First Streets. The garage is a partially below grade structure with levels B1 and B2 below grade and Level G at or above grade.

The proposed garage is planned to be the first phase of a multiphase garage project and shall support the anticipated future construction of five upper parking decks directly above the level G deck. The garage structure consists of precast concrete system including columns, beams and girders. A concrete slab on grade was utilized at the lowest parking floor. Upper floor decks utilize concrete double tees. Lobby and core areas were constructed of a combination of concrete and masonry.

The work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction of certain other items.
