The XSport Fitness Express, located on Columbia Pike in Arlington, Virginia was the third design-build contract completed for Big Rock Group of Companies in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The construction consisted of a 10,000 square foot tenant fit-out, located in a recently completed mixed-use residential building. Extensive sound isolation and mitigation measures were included in the fit-out to prevent sound transmission into the office space above. The new facility includes an extensive free weight room, open cardio area, a personal training division, a child care center, a high end audio/visual system, tanning, massage and full locker rooms.
