Under a Design-Build contract, Costello Construction was the general contractor for XSport’s 42,000 square foot, DC Metropolitan area flagship facility. Amenities include a lap pool, whirlpool, rock climbing wall, yoga and aerobic studios, juice bar, internet café, children’s play area, men’s and women’s lockers rooms and a spa featuring tanning/massage rooms and a full service hair and nail salon. Costello Construction self performed the demolition, concrete, carpentry and installation of interior finishes. Due to the exceptional performance, XSport Fitness pre-selected Costello Construction to build a second DC facility in Alexandria, VA.
