Costello Construction has been awarded the two-phase project for the new Dewey Beach Town Hall, Police Headquarters, and EMS Facility.

This 25,000-square-foot facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of the Dewey Beach community by providing expanded space, upgraded resources, and improved emergency services. Key features will include administrative offices, a modern dispatch center, secure holding cells, an evidence room, and dedicated EMS areas. Once complete, the new facility will mark a major enhancement for the town’s public safety and administrative infrastructure.
