Costello Construction has completed Phase One of the two-phase project for the new Dewey Beach Town Hall, Police Headquarters, and EMS Facility.

The 25,000-square-foot facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of the Dewey Beach community by providing expanded space, upgraded resources, and enhanced emergency services. The project includes administrative offices, a modern dispatch center, secure holding cells, an evidence room, and dedicated EMS areas.

Costello Construction self-performed a significant portion of the project, including all concrete, site utility work, interior carpentry, exterior siding, and deck construction. This hands-on approach allows Costello to maintain quality, efficiency, and coordination throughout the project.

With Phase One now complete, the project continues toward its next phase, bringing the town closer to a modern facility that will strengthen Dewey Beach’s public safety and administrative infrastructure for years to come.
