Costello Construction recently completed The Heights Phase II project in Arlington, Virginia. This project entailed the construction of a subterranean garage with an elevated, lit synthetic turf recreational field and spectator seating. We were honored to construct the final component of the Heights building and one of the area’s most prominent public-facing jewels for Arlington Public Schools and the community.
