Costello Construction recently completed The Heights Phase II project in Arlington, Virginia. The project included the construction of a subterranean parking garage topped by an elevated, illuminated synthetic turf recreational field and spectator seating. Costello self-performed key elements of the work, including site concrete and site utility installation, allowing us to maintain direct control over quality, coordination, and execution throughout the project.

We were honored to deliver the final component of The Heights development and contribute to one of Arlington’s most prominent public-facing community assets. Built for Arlington Public Schools and the surrounding community, the project seamlessly integrates innovative design, functionality, and recreation—creating a dynamic space that will serve students, families, and the community for years to come.
