The new facility is located near Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax County, Virginia. The construction consists of a complete interior demolition of the existing electronics store and ski shop and major structural modifications, including the removal of several columns for a pool and basketball court, exterior structural CMU walls, a new foundation and exterior light gauge steel modifications, and the fit-out of a new 38,000 square foot high-end, fitness facility. The new gym includes a three lane lap pool, basketball court, free weight training area, open cardio area, spinning room, aerobic room, personal training area, child care center and a full spa including a hair salon, massage rooms, manicure/pedicure stations, and numerous tanning beds.

Costello Construction has also built three additional XSport Facilities in the DC Metropolitan Area for Capital Fitness.
