Costello Construction was proud be selected by the University of Maryland to build its newest, state-of-the-art collaborative building. This project adds to the extensive body of scientific research that informs environmental policy for the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

The new 14,000-square-foot, two-story facility is located on the current campus. Wide windows enhance natural light and provide views of the campus in meeting rooms, offices, and other space types, while impressive glass openings draw attention to the building’s east-end views of the water.
